Intended license model
Setupidity is planned as paid, closed-source software. The USD 49 Individual license belongs to one natural person. The USD 99 Business license belongs to one legal organization and covers its employees and contractors without seat, device, or build-agent limits. Both contain the same features.
Payment is made once. A customer may use every legitimately received version perpetually and receives every future update released while Setupidity continues to be developed and distributed. Generated installers can be distributed royalty-free.
What the final terms must cover
The final agreement will define permitted use, organization boundaries, contractors, transfers, generated installers, ownership, third-party material, warranties, liability, termination, governing law, and mandatory local rights. It will also align with the payment provider’s buyer terms and the promises on the pricing and refund policy pages.
Nothing on this page grants a software license today because Setupidity is not currently available to purchase or download.
