Setupidity is pre-launch, so support intake is not open yet. Working contact channels will replace this notice before checkout is enabled. The routes and information below define how requests will be handled.

Product support

Start with the documentation and FAQ. For a reproducible product problem, include:

  • the Setupidity version and authoring platform;
  • the command that was run and the relevant output;
  • a minimal project or exact reproduction steps; and
  • the expected and actual result.

Do not send private keys, credentials, proprietary package contents, or other sensitive material unless support explicitly agrees on a secure transfer method.

Standard support is best effort. There is no guaranteed response or resolution time, priority tier, custom installer authoring, or consulting included with a license.

Purchase and download support

The purchase route will handle payment status, receipts, license delivery, download access, and account recovery. Include the purchase email and a transaction reference, but never send full payment-card details. Refund requests follow the refund policy.

Security reporting

The dedicated security route will accept reports about vulnerabilities in Setupidity, its download or licensing systems, and this website. A useful report includes the affected version or URL, impact, reproduction steps, and a safe way to coordinate. Do not publicly disclose an unaddressed vulnerability or include unrelated personal data.

The security address and coordinated-disclosure expectations must be published before the first public download. Until then, there is no public binary or production service to report against.
